Si comunica che con decreto del 4 maggio 2010 del Ministro dell'Economia e delle Finanze, la società MOBILMAT IMEL SPA è stata assoggettata a procedura di amministrazione straordinaria. Con provvedimento della Banca d'Italia in data 13 maggio 2010 è stato nominato commissario il Prof. Filippo Annunziata e i membri del comitato di sorveglianza:
